Palmetto Buffalo requires less watering and maintenance than other Buffalo varieties and only needs fertilising once or twice a year. With an excellent green colour throughout the year, including autumn and winter in most regions, and its ability to outcompete weeds, this Soft Leaf Buffalo is an ideal family lawn choice. It is well-suited for most parts of Australia including much of Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.

Can I view the turf before I buy?
We’re immensely proud of our growing techniques and we’re happy to show you around the farm and help you choose the best turf variety for your unique project. All you have to do is call 07 5496 9790 to make an appointment.
Can I pick turf up?
Yes, you can pick up your pre-ordered and pre-paid turf from our farm. Our business hours are Monday to Friday between 7am-5pm and Saturday by appointment. Please place your order no later than 12pm the day prior to pick up.
Will you deliver turf to my backyard?
Yes, we’re happy to do this depending on the access you have available. However, we also offer a complete turf delivery and installation service by a team of experienced installers.
Can you install turf for us?
Absolutely! Our experienced and efficient team offers a laying service, leaving your more time to focus on your business or pleasure activity. Call us on 07 5496 9790 to discuss your project.

Measure &
order
Use our turf calculator to determine the quantity of turf you will require. Then order online via our shop or call us to order.

Prepare your soil
Before your turf is delivered, it’s important to prepare the soil properly so your lawn can establish quickly and grow strong.

Delivery or collection
We’ll deliver your turf on your chosen date. Alternatively you may collect your turf directly from our farm on your chosen date.

Install &
care
Install your turf yourself or use our turf laying service. Turf should be installed within 12 hours of delivery. Once installed, ensure turf is watered thoroughly. Follow the instructions in our blog article ‘caring for your new lawn’ to keep it healthy and thriving.
