What does fertiliser do?

Maintain Mini 10kg is a balanced, slow-release lawn fertiliser designed to improve overall turf health and deliver a deep green colour without causing excessive growth. It contains a mix of NPK nutrients plus iron, which helps enhance colour and maintain long-lasting, even lawn feeding for around 3 months.

When should I apply it?

Maintain Mini is best applied during the lawn’s active growing seasons, typically spring through early autumn when the grass is actively growing and can absorb nutrients effectively. In SEQLD conditions, it’s usually applied about every 8–12 weeks during this period for ongoing feeding and colour.

How do I apply it?

Use a fertiliser spreader for an even application. After spreading, water the area well so the product can activate and move into the soil.

Is it safe for kids and pets?

Yes — once watered in properly, it’s safe to use around children, dogs, and cats.

Can I use it on any turf variety?

Maintain Mini is generally safe and suitable for all common warm-season turf types in Australia, including Buffalo, Couch, Kikuyu, and Zoysia.

Will it stain concrete or pavers?

Possibly — yes. The granules can stain hard surfaces. Avoid getting it on concrete, pavers, or tiles. If any granules land where they shouldn’t, sweep or blow them away immediately — don’t wash them away with water.

How much do I need?

Application Rate: 2kg/100sqm – This 10kg bag will cover 500sqm.

Note – This product contains micronutrient Iron. Iron may stain concrete, masonry, and other hard surfaces. Apply product with caution around these surfaces. Permanent staining may occur. Brush or blow from these surfaces promptly. Do not use water to remove product from these surfaces.
